Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Speciale Design & Build holds Georgia General Contractor License #RBCO006823 and carries full general liability and workers' comp insurance. We're happy to provide certificates on request.
Can I live in my house during a remodel?
Often yes, depending on the scope. We'll be upfront about what's realistic based on your specific project. We keep job sites clean, organized, and safe for families throughout construction.
What areas do you serve?
We serve NW Metro Atlanta — primarily Cherokee, Paulding, and Cobb County, including Dallas, Acworth, Canton, Woodstock, Kennesaw, and Marietta.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We pull all required permits and navigate HOA submittal requirements. This is handled as part of our standard process — you don't have to chase paperwork.
Can I get a price without construction drawings?
Yes. Our initial consultation is a conversation — we'll give you an honest ballpark based on your scope and comparable projects. Full estimating happens after we align on vision and process.
What's your warranty?
We stand behind our work. Ask us about our warranty commitment during your consultation — we'll walk you through what's covered and for how long.
Do you offer design-build or work from existing plans?
Both. We can take your existing architect's drawings and build from them, or we can guide you through the design process ourselves. We'll tell you which approach makes sense for your project on the first call.
How do you handle communication during the project?
You'll have direct access to your project manager at all times. We use Buildertrend to share daily logs, progress photos, and scheduling updates — so you're never left wondering what's happening on your job site.
